House Rules - Thanks for taking the time to read!

- No parties or large gatherings. House capacity is set at 5 guests, and we ask that you respect this limit. If friends or family on the Treasure Coast would like to stop by for a meal or a quick afternoon cocktail, that's welcome — but please keep it to 2-3 extra visitors at a time, over and above the 5 registered guests. Please note that per our rental agreement and local guidelines, the home cannot be used to host larger gatherings or events, both for legal/insurance reasons and to help minimize wear and tear on the property. Thanks so much for understanding!

- No smoking inside. If you smoke, please do so outside, away from windows/doors, and not under covered areas — use an ashtray.

- AC will not cool below 70°F — setting it lower can cause the unit to freeze. When you're out, please set it to 76°F to give the system a break.

- No pets permitted. A fine will be charged if a pet is found on the property.

The property was very nice on the inside very clean and neat. Very nice showers and beds. We didnt spenrd anytime on the outside of the property. We left for family at another lovation close by. Overall i would use the home again.

Great Experience

This house is immaculate and is conveniently located very close to nice restaurants and is just a short walk to the beach. It is also a short drive to several other beaches. It has plenty of room including a large well-equipped kitchen. It is in a nice location along the canal. The hosts were very helpful and very responsive. We will definitely be staying here again.

Paradise!

We had a great time staying at this piece of paradise. We were visited by a mother and baby manatee every day. So cool! The hosts were awesome and easy to contact. The house was sparkling clean and had all of the supplies we needed. Will definetly try to stay here on our next visit.

My stay was not as pictured . Was here in June stayed down the st. Had the best time . Advised the boat lift as working and it’s completely broken. Had to take boat in and out 5 days we fished. There were raccoons hanging out at night leaving poop everywhere during our stay . They had a kiddy pool full of water and mosquitoes we emptied when we arrived . The grill screened in area was disgustingly nasty with rat poop as in pictures. We pulled grill out to use it . Brought 5 days worth of meals to cook to find out dishwasher was broken after I loaded it . The ice maker arm was laying in freezer and no ice maker. Went bought ice. Notified owner of broken appliancesEmptied broken dishwasher and hand washed everything. Owner offered to send repairman but I told him wait till we leave due to not wanting to be bothered with it during our trip. The house is not newly remodeled. The floor in kitchen in front of stove has a huge hole in it and floor tille broken. The couch is not the one in picture and is old and nasty . The back of it has scratch marks all over it . Has wood blocks keeping it off the ground . Far from upscale . I paid for cleaning and for my pets and extra insurance for any issues. I would rate this as a motel 6 and never return. False advertisement on this one 100%! Don’t waste your ! Privacy is not at this unit either there is a strip mall directly next to the house and noisy all day .
