BOAT: we require the signing of a "hold harmless agreement" and provide an insurance endorsement naming Branen Family LLC as additional insured.
Any damage done to the dock, lift, sea wall, boat or persons injured while using the dock and lift are the responsibility of the lessee.
The boat lift key must be returned after use. Failure to return the boat lift key will result in a $100 "loss of key fee".
