Right in front of the Jeonju train station. Everything was good except the bathroom/shower room. Bit small and when you take a shower, it splashes all over the bathroom. If they make this adjustment, i would give 5 stars. Good location...there is shabu-shabu restaurant in the hotel for lunch or dinner. Cafe & bakery at the ground floor.

False advertising.

We reserved a suite on hotels.com for 2 adults and 2 children for 160,000 won. The suite is one bedroom, one living room, full kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Upon check-in, parking was beyond full but we managed to squeeze in one spot. Then, we were told that because we have two children with us, we need to pay an extra 15,000 won per child. This is strange since the price quoted by hotels.com clearly stated that the room is for 2 adults and 2 children. Then, we realized that there was not any additional linens or blankets in the room, another extra 10,000 won per set of linens. Then, we realized that the kitchen did not have any kitchenware, no chopsticks, ustensiles, pans, bowls or glasses, nothing else than a coffee espresso machine and 2 mugs. Although there was everything a regular kitchen usually have... everything else was excellent but the nickel and diming has got to stop!

A nice view of the KTX train station and mountain. Room had a microwave, washer, and styler (with a dryer function). Walking distance from the KTX train station. Bedroom, livingroom, balcony, and kitchen area all looked like a one bedroom apartment. Staff accoommodated requests with hospitality.

Simple, clean, minimum of everything

New & Clean. Over all good enough. However, 1. There is no way to load & unload the suit case in front of the hotel - it is located at such a heavy traffic busy road without any pulling in space. Only place to do is back alley where parking garage entrance is. 2.Check in process was not so organized (might be because it was weekend & they were too busy) - out of 3staffs - one staff had NO professional etiquette at all. If you are staying several nights - they do not clean your room unless you request - even then they donโ€™t change bed sheets till every 7 days or so. Would I stay again - probably yes.
