Great hotel near a lovely beach

Great stay and lovely beach near the hotel! However, our entire family of 4 got sick during the stay. Assuming it had to do with the food. We had both breakfast and dinner included. Comfortable but after 4 days we were a bit ‘bored’ with the food. However, very friendly staff that I would rate 11/10 if possible…

A ÚNICA COISA QUE NÃO GOSTEI FOI A MÚSICA ALTA NA ÁREA DO RESTAURANTE, BAR E PISCINA, POIS GOSTO DE UMA EXPERIÊNCIA com menos barulho. NÃO GOSTO de fazer refeições com música alta, e para piorar o repetório não é dos melhores, parace pagode. Um local tão lindo não precisa disso, gosto de milagres porque as pousada não colocam música, poi o silêncio é luxo e nobre.

A estadia foi boa, mas fiquem atentos a hospedagem as terças, pois o complexo fica fechado. A cidadezinha não oferece nada, nem alimentação e bem qualquer diversão. A piscina do hotel é bem rasa, uns 80 cm de profundidade e fria, poderiam ao menos aquece-la. Realmente, neste lugar a noite é muito ruim. O hotel é bonito, confortável e excelente café da manhã.

O hotel é excelente, pensado em aproveitar o lugar, um verdadeiro paraíso. Apenas como uma sugestão de melhoria, o atendimento nos restaurantes em geral poderiam ser mais organizados. Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiencia no hotel , adquirimos o serviço de meia pensão , mas nos dois primeiros dias não foi servido como vendido que era em forma de Buffet e sim de um cardápio, onde no primeiro e segundo dia não tinha a sobremesa (cocada de forno) , no segundo dia não tinham a o tomate para a salada caprese . Foi nos servido uma parmegiana de carne mas só tinha a parte da casca ( farinha de empanar) extremamente oleosa e salgada . No terceiro dia pedimos um vinho e após 15 minutos pediram para trocar o pedido pois não tinha na adega ! E para justificar ainda mais 2 estrelas foi que fomos alocados em um quarto onde a maior parte da agua do chuveiro escorria para dentro do banheiro e parte do quarto ! E esse problema era conhecido pois todos os dias deixavam toalhas enroladas no chão junto ao box para tentar conter. Foi pedido no primeiro dia a troca mas falaram que não tinham mais quartos disponíveis ! Infelizmente para o que se propuseram entregar não foi entregue , e a expectativa pelo hotel foi muito além do serviço prestado !
