Un séjour sympa

L’appartement était totalement conforme aux photos du site, dans un quartier populaire (assez chaleureux), pas touristique du tout mais avec le gros avantage de pouvoir rejoindre le centre historique de Jerez en 20 minutes à pied ! Petite boutique au pied de l’immeuble bien pratique pour les arrivées tardives.

No me lo esperaba

Quitando el hecho de que habíamos quedado en comunicarnos con la propietaria 1h antes de llegar y q nos fue imposible, no cogía el teléfono, nosotros lógicamente preocupados y que, después de 30 min consigo hablar con ella y me dice que estaba en el gimnasio...., El apartamento está en una zona bastante mala de Jerez (San Telmo), no estaba bien limpio, se apreciaba que habían limpiado x encima pero no como se debería en una casa de alquiler,tuve q fregar el microondas antes de usarlo con unos estropajos con bastante mala pinta x lo q compré nuevos, el baño no tragaba bien,se atascó y tuvimos q desatascar lo con la fregona y,cuando nos duchamos subió el vecino de abajo para decirnos que le estaba cayendo el agua,x lo q no nos pudimos duchar más. Las toallas muy usadas, la ropa de cama..... Solemos alquilar bastante y está casa no la recomiendo. Hay que cuidar más la limpieza y el aspecto

Situato in un quartiere popolare distante solo 15minuti dal centro di Jerez. Appartamento attrezzato con lenzuola e asciugamani.
