It features a bedroom equipped with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), a walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a designer shower, a separate kitchen, 3 balconies facing the street, and a double sofa bed.

The bedroom has two single beds that, upon request at least 48 hours before your arrival, can be prepared as a double bedif you prefer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay.

The squares of Arenal and Plateros are perfect for a pleasant break before continuing through the lively medieval neighborhoods of San Miguel and Santiago, where bar terraces blend with charming local shops.

The Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art is just an 8-minute walk from the apartment. Here you can enjoy equestrian shows and visit its museum, which houses one of the most renowned carriage collections in Spain.

If you want to experience the true local culture, the best way is by visiting tabancos. These traditional taverns originated as wine shops and offer local wines served straight from the barrel, authentic gastronomy, and often live flamenco — a truly unique experience.
