The room was nice but extremely hot 30 degrees C and too a very long time to cool down and never got quite cool enough. The staff were very nice. I don't recommend this city though big, hot, no water nearby and not a stop worth going to.

The front desk staff was generally great - there was a major clinker which lowered their rating. They have a bar but no room service even though they have a room service menu. As a solo traveler I found some restaurants would not seat a single during a busy period and the surrounding eating establishments were limited. I enjoyed the hotel but if I went back to Jerez would probably pick another location

Breakfast was good but limited. The parking was off property, about a two block walk not bad. But as info to others, charges are per day , not a sliding 24 hours. Each night was appx 18 euro or 2 days fee when we went out once a day to tour. The property was beautiful and very well kept. My husband and I are older , the bed platforms are lower than most , so made it a little harder but not too bad.

We were very impressed with the hotel. The interior is beautiful and everything is sparkly clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. It a short walk to the centre and we parked easily beneath Plaza Arenal. You can pull up just outside the hotel to unload luggage. As others have said, the breakfast wasn’t that good. On the first morning there was no hot food at all. The second 2 morning they did put some out; we only had the tortilla. The staff were generally very helpful and friendly.

The lobby/first floor is filled with art. It's too bad the hotel does not have a little explanation of all the interesting pieces. Location is outstanding - one is a block away from the main plaza in the center of town.

3-day business trip from Scotland.

Except for buying the occasional beer from the receptionist, I didn't eat at this hotel. It didn't have a restaurant and it's continental breakfast times were not of use to me. That apart, my room and its facilities were excellent, spotlessly clean, if good size and fully functioning. Its air conditioning worked well and kept its temperature very comfortable in the prevailing outside 41C. The staff were very friendly and very willing to assist when asked. All in all, this was a great and very comfortable which fulfilled all my needs, and those of my son and partner, what stayed in an adjoining room. Good place - highly recommended!
