Hospedagem incrível!

Nossa estadia foi ótima, quarto confortável e limpo, com tudo que precisamos para passar alguns dias curtindo Jeri. O café da manhã é bom, só sentimos que falta de reposição quando fomos as 9h30 (o horário de encerramento era as 10h). No geral foi uma hospedagem muito boa, com o ponto positivo de ter uma piscina grande.

Infelizmente o atendimento na recepção precisa ter mais educação, o quarto muito pequeno que não cabe nem 1 pessoa, ainda coloca a cabeceira na porta do banheiro, não tinha nem um banco dentro do quarta pra sentar. Fui na recepção pedir se poderia trocar de quarto pelo fato de ter claustrofobia, eles queriam me cobrar mais 250.00 por diária pra trocar, questionei e eles informaram que como eu fiz a compra pelo hotéis.com eu tinha que pagar esse valor pra mudar de quarto, EU achei um absurdo

Quarto 74 muito claustrofóbico. Tinha uma janela que dava para um corredor (óbvio: por questão de privacidade a janela não podia ficar aberta). Pessoas passam pelo corredor até certas horas da noite. Sem ventilação natural. O hotel possui outros quartos que não pude avaliar.

o ponto de melhoria, a recepção se trabalha com dois hoteis, de nomes parecido, o cliente falou pousada jeri, ele não sabe se tem dois, sendo questionado se realmente tem reserva ou não ali. depois que entrega o localizado o atendente fala que no outro sistema.

o atendimento da recepção uma ponto de oportunidade, se la trabalha com duas recepções de dois no measmo local, hotel jeri/ vila jeri, pra quem vem de fora fala estou no hotel jeri a pessoa não encontrou, pq o infeliz não consulta logo no outro sistema a resevar? ficamos esperando ate ele pedidr o localizado da reserva no site do hotel ponto com que não e tão simples de pegar de altomatico. fora isso tudo foi exelente

Boa pousada, bom custo-benefício

Pousada com bom custo benefício, café da manhã ok, com tapioca feita na hora e bem gostosa. Não gostei da cama (um pouco dura) e quando dei entrada no hotel o vaso sanitário do quarto estava sujo, não fizeram a higienização pra receber o novo hóspede. No mais, ocorreu tudo bem. Localização excelente e funcionários atenciosos.
