Located in a quiet residential area, very close to public transportation. You’re just a short drive or bus ride to Midtown Manhattan, Metlife Stadium, Hoboken, and Jersey City. Street parking is available for a fee paid through an app, and you’ll find local restaurants, bakeries, and shops all nearby.

This beautifully updated two-story home is perfect for families or groups. The main floor features an open-concept layout, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas, making it ideal for entertaining or relaxing.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a central island. The cozy living room with a sectional sofa, flat-screen TV, and a decorative fireplace creates a warm ambiance. The dining area seats six comfortably.

Upstairs, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms with comfortable bedding and plenty of storage. The home also features a modern full bathroom on the second floor and a convenient half bath on the main level.

For your safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front entrance, side, and rear of the house. These cameras monitor only the outside of the property and do not record any interior spaces.

Parking is not included with the property. Please make sure not to block the driveway. If you’re arriving with a car, please let me know in advance, and I’d be happy to provide instructions for overnight street parking.

Gut angebunden und gemütliche Haushälfte

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell und easy. Das Haus war wie versprochen und sehr schön. In der näheren Umgebung haben wir Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und etwas zu Essen gefunden. Man ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einem super Aussichtspunkt auf Manhattan entfernt und hat von dort aus eine super Busanbindung, wodurch man in ca. 20 Minuten mitten in Manhattan ist.Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)
