Overall, the room condition was good and the staff were courteous and helpful. However, due to a snowstorm alert, I had to leave one day earlier than planned, and unfortunately, I was not provided a refund for the unused day. Additionally, there was no microwave oven available in the room, which made it difficult to heat food. Regarding breakfast, it was not informed in advance that only a few items were included as complimentary. I came to know later that payment was required for other breakfast items, which I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests. Thanks
