Room was clean and comfortable. They need to check their safe batteries as ours didn’t work. Lots of noise at night in the hallways that weren’t from guests. TV didn’t work great

Clean and modern room, good breakfast (eggs, fruit, pancakes, sausages, pastries, bagels etc), good transport conection to NYC. There is a shopping mall and big supermarket nearby. No issues while there.

For the most part was a clean place but maybe an upgrade for certain areas out side of the rooms. Room was clean an spacious, breakfast was typical for hotel wish had more healthy options. Was in a quite area so sleep was easy

The room was very clean and the staff was helpful. More breakfast options would be appreciated, it needed pastries and fresh fruit and bacon. It was odd that there was sausage and no bacon. Otherwise the stay was great! We were very grateful for the morning shuttle into the city as it was way more affordable than the ride shares.

Had an issue on last night with some teen/ young adults yelling & running in hall having a party. My daughter went to the front desk & issue was dealt with them extremely quickly! Includes buffet breakfast which had several options for gluten free vegetarian but need to use common sense (not made to order, but included at no extra cost). Room has decorative "fire place" with on/ off button (no heat, no fire, but pretty). My daughter & i stay here each year when attending NYCC.
