Hotel was clean and employees were understanding to the guests. I was in the lobby when several guests complained about a mouse problem. I did see a rat outside. Construction was going on, 2 of the 4 elevators were out of order. I was on the fifth floor and half of the floor was not available. Not sure if the same thing was on the other floors. Hotel breakfast was very good. Having said this, I plan on coming back next year here if the prices are reasonable.

everything is a mess, housekeeping showed up at 5pm after we had gotten back all sweaty and tired. tv did not work, kept loosing signal??? no decent chair to set in, trying to set up in the bed, and it rolled away from the wall, rediculous. the tub is installed backwards, cant take a bath.

Hotel is currently going through renovations but I expect it to be great. Location is convenient for cars and if you walk up this wild hill you can catch a local bus into the city. There’s a light rail not too far. American Dream is close. Family oriented. I leave reviews for places that are the best. So congrats Ramada for earning my review.

1st off the while hotel was under construction. Everything was half done and garbage everywhere. 2nd, there are mice in the hotel. Learned that at 3 am my 1st night. Got into my lunch bag and for apart some snacks. 3rd, breakfast was horrible. Bread and eggs and some yogurt. Safe to say not the greatest place to stay.
