Very pleasant mat at the desk. We went to our room which had not been cleaned. He was apologetic and gave me a new room. So I did not get the corner city view I requested. The room was fine just not as ordered

Everything about the hotel was nice. The price was amazing for the room I got. The only problems I had was that the ice machine didn’t work and I went to three other floors and they didn’t have an ice machine. Other than that the hotel was beautiful and the room was nice.

The room was not entirely clean,found a woman's hair clip and hair under the edge of the bed,couldn't adjust the ac/heat for comfort and LASTLY why should any paying guest have to pay for parking when it should be a given, that really was an insult, I know that thing's change however I personally have been doing business with this hotel every since it was the Sheraton not just as a guest but also an event planner and coordinator for a major company in NJ( this can be fact checked) and I have stayed loyal because of the service in the past and present but I will be taking my business elsewhere BASED upon the parking charges Yesterday when I arrived I made the inquiry about the signs in the parking area and a nice gentleman at 1pm told me not to worry about it,however when I returned for check in at 3 the young lady informed me that it was required,so of course I paid to a 3rd party so i was told a total of 28.47 to park from 3pm until 730am which the time I left for my flight,that was not 24 hrs which is ridiculous,so in closing the parking for a hotel guest should be included not an extra

Room could have been cleaner (we found old t-shirts tucked away in the corner that had been left from previous guests and not cleaned by the housekeeping staff). Our fridge was also leaking and there was water on the floor because of this.

The bathroom was dirty. There was less than half roll of toilet paper. We had to call twice for them to bring tissue. The ice machine only works on two floors. I ordered a burger and the top bun was missing. I couldn't get in contact with anyone to correct my order. I called the front desk a numerous amount of times and nobody answered. I cut my finger in the elevator and the front desk didn't have bandages or a first aid kit. Ill never stay there again!!
