I had called the hotel to have our reservation adjoined with another reservation, the gentleman I spoke with confirmed we would be together however this was not the case. Furthermore the other party (family) received their key to the room and surprisingly she walked in a room with another guest sleeping. What a terrible experience. Very surprised this happened with an IHG hotel as I have stayed in many in the past. Appears the management runs this pace poorly and the front desk staff were not very helpful. You don’t give a guest that checks-in the room key of a room that already has a guest in there. It’s just not acceptable.

Without a doubt, the pool is a complete lie. In the photos, it looks bigger, but it's extremely small and has no maintenance whatsoever. The water was dirty and full of algae, and the breakfast was extremely basic. There was only one gallon of milk that everyone shared, the eggs tasted like rubber, and the potatoes were raw. If you're looking for a location near the American Dream Mall, this hotel is very close.

It was spotless — the kind of clean where you can tell housekeeping pays attention to the small things.
