Frontdesk worker Melyssa was not very proffessional and overcharged me for 2 infants 40$ requiring to update to larger room, this was never issue in any other hotels. Quality of breakfast was poor, but the owning manager was nice person.

The beds are horrible. I wasn't able to sleep the whole night because of back pain, and how uncomfortable they were. Also, there is no hot water in the morning. I had to take a cold shower because too many people were showering at the same time, as per the concierge

It's the worst experience ever. 1. When I asked the staff to provide an additional duvet to me, she refused. This is the first time that happened to me. 2. There is no kettle or coffee maker in the room. Only cold water downstairs. This is the first time we went to a hotel like this. 3. The hotel is pretty old given it's price. However, the lady cooked and served the breakfast is very nice and warm.
