This property was terrible. Outside was not pleasing! One working elevator for 9 floors!!! Mold in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, non working tv, air system blowing on cold air , breakfast with limited options!

Door broken, Shower rod broken, Housekeeping didn’t want to give us toilet paper, I had to go to front desk to ask. Elevator was broken as well.

The property is in need of an upgrade for sure, the doors had huge cracks in it, also the room inside also did to. The bathroom definitely needs a makeover seems to take me back to bathrooms in the 90s. Staff were friendly.

Convenient location but bad service

The hotel is in a very good location, it is clean, quiet and convenient. Lots of things were missing in our room : there was no hair dryer and no conditioner, only one small shampoo and a small soap. There was no bedspread and the comforter is really old and super thin. The closet door is broken, the room’s phone is not working. Only one elevator was working and busy all the time. The receptionist did not mention that breakfast was available.

The only thing good about the property is the staff the property is ran down and not as advertised as I went to the room elevator was broken, inside the room windows was cracked, hole in the ceiling, bathroom sink broken and so much more when I noticed we turned around and checked back out. The owner should be ashamed to rent this property not even suitable for a weekend stay DO BETTER
