The room was decent, I feel we were given the worst room possible be wise we didn’t book through them directly the room was next to the elevator across from the ice and vending machine , the plumbing sounded terrible? The elevators were disgusting, the housekeeping people called the room at 10’about 11am check out, it just felt off , I saw them opening someone else’s door while they were inside, this was a one and done. There’s no adequate lighting in the parking lot, just bizarre , one and done

Room was always kept exceptionally clean with housekeepers cleaning it daily. This includes making the beds and changing the towels daily too. Complimentary bathroom products i.e. shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were high quality. I loved the smell of the shower gel. Room also has a fridge which was great for keeping bottles of water/juice. Room also has a microwave. Plenty of storage space re drawers and closet. You get a breakfast voucher to use each morning and we were also given a 20% dinner voucher. The little shop in the foyer is great as it has pretty much every essential you need and was great to have on site if you need a drink or a wee snack. And wasn't ridiculously overpriced like most hotels try to pull. There's also a dunkin donuts, Jimmy John's, Wendy's, subway and a dim sum shop nearby. Without doubt, the best thing about this hotel though is the shuttle service. We used it daily to go to and from the train station and also a visit to the America Dream Mall. The wait was never long and it's free which absolutely blows my mind. Highly recommend this hotel, I'll definitely be back for another stay soon

The front desk was friendly upon our late arrival. The free breakfast was good, just wish it had bacon one day but the protein was always sausage. Plenty of parking and the room was good.
