My family drive from MD to NJ and the staff where very professional. We want to stay an extra night and Claudia did all the rearrangement for us. She also help us understand how to get to NY in a cheapest way! They also Bilingual which made it easy to communicate

Everything was nice, the rooms were clean. Staff was nice. The breakfast area needed more space though, other than that it's really nice. Love this place, definitely planning on coming back. P.s it's time for a new elevator, although working it definitely needs to be updated.

The repulsive strong odor of Oud greeted me when I first opened my door and it did not diminish over the four nights I was there. Since I held a room adjoined to my friend's room, I hoped the smell would go away the first night. But it stayed strong. Each night I got back to the hotel too late and too exhausted to do anything about moving (both of our rooms), so I just put up with it. It was really awful, like someone had spilled a bottle on the walls of the bathroom and it was now a permanent smell. I told management about it only upon checking out, "martyred" the 4 nights by exhaustion, and not wanting to split up from my friend's room. I also told them about the two different silverfish I saw scuttling across the bathroom floor the first morning. Being trapped in the broken elevator on the third day was not fun either. We were trapped for somewhere between 15 and 30 minutes (didn't time it). We walked up and down the stairs the final two days, because they switched off the wrong elevator for repairs - and it was certainly janky/jumpy when the doors opened and we realized they turned off the wrong elevator! Otherwise the place was quite clean, the breakfast was exactly the same as you get at all other similar hotels (checking in, the manager said breakfast was "amazing" -- compared to what, I wondered the next morning). I have stayed at this property a few times in the past and have usually enjoyed it, no problem. Elevators happen, but the other issues should not.

Breakfast was not good. No more options and coffee was too bad. Receptionist were very very good and helpful. Breakfast staff was not good and willing to help it seems.

The staff was professional and courteous. The rooms were a great size and bigger than most rooms in New York. Easy to get to and from the city with the bus picking up and dropping off across the street. Very quiet shockingly for a hotel packed with travelers from all over. Near shopping and restaurants. Walmart is about a 2 blocks distance if you forget anything. Very clean. Will definitely be back. Last thing is we loved being able to check-in and out using the link sent to our phones the day before arrival. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
