The check in was not great. My husbands card would not go through. She gave me a hard time about using my card. We both had our IDs and card used to book. Come to find out our last name was spelled wrong when she typed it in. We booked though the app so know we put the correct name. Very embarrassing for our card to keep declining when the check in clerk was not doing it correctly. However, the breakfast staff was great.
