• No smoking or vaping — anywhere on the property, indoors or out. A $200 cleaning fee applies if violated.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No parties, events, or outside guests permitted at any time
• Rooftop deck is a shared common space — please be considerate of neighbors
• Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children
• Photo ID required prior to booking (must match profile)
