I asked about a turn down service and the lady at the front desk did not know what that was. When I explained I was told you have to bring your towels to the lobby and exchange them for clean ones. There was no blind or sheer curtain so could not leave the curtain open to let light in without everyone walking by seeing into your room. Hotel is fine. Its clean enough. Its rough and ready. One of the lamps by the beds was half hanging off the wall. It is what it is. Does the trick, not inherently unsafe and conveniently located.

We spent $618 for two nights in this motel for an event at MetLife Stadium. The staff was friendly, but the property and rooms are extremely rundown. Our air conditioner intermittently malfunctioned, the bed cover had a stain and hairs on it, the sink drain had no cover so my wedding ring almost literally went down the drain. The shower was grimy and there were black splotches on the ceiling. You had to hold the flusher down until completely flushed or the toilet would not flush. This was a last minute trip so options were limited. But, if they are going to gouge the prices up for an event, the property needs to justify the hike. Very frustrating and disappointing.

The hotel only cleans the room once every 3 days. If you want to change dirty towels, you have to bring them down to the front desk. It's really inconvenient. At first, I booked a room and they gave me room 131, but the room didn't have a microwave or refrigerator like the advertised picture. I was disappointed. I changed to room 134 to have these two devices with a fee of + $10 a day. But this room had a musty smell, the carpet was wet, there was no coffee maker, cups, etc. Compared to the room rate of $189 + $10, it was completely not worth it. Overall, I was completely disappointed and didn't dare to come back a second time.

It was cheap and after we got there we knew why. Wasnt the cleanist and was only provided one washcloth for a two person stay. Pictures posted on site are deceiving. Bed was comfortable.

Average hotel to stay with family

Hotel is not so well maintained. We had spider web in hotel room and we asked 3 times in 4 night stays to clean it but still it was not cleaned at all. Also, there is no lock to bathroom. Also, whenever I asked for something to desk, they always asked to come to desk and come to pick up so, not at all good experience.
