Location was 5 min. walk to the path with many stores nearby. Parking was free and easy to park, very safe. Staff was amazing!!! Anything we needed. Breakfast was ok, cheerios, milk, fresh muffins and fresh donuts, apples, coffee and hot tea. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Very convenient and excellent value hotel, especially for those who drive. It's a 10 min walk to Newport path with access to NY. Rooms are simple and clean and the breakfast is surprisingly good, with Fruit, Crossiant and Muffin as well as cereal and Coffee. This is my 5th stay and I will return.
