AVOID AT ALL COSTS. De Cardo's rooms are unhygienic, unsafe, and with unresponsive customer service to handle the inevitable issues. We had booked a room here for 4 consecutive nights, to be followed by another 2. When we arrived at 8am, despite their information claiming the desk was staffed at 8am, we waited until 9:30am and there was still no one there. Multiple guests were waiting to check out but couldn't. When we were finally able to check in at 3pm (on erev Shabbat, leaving no time), the bathroom reeked of mold causing my partner a severe allergic reaction. The hot water heater is suspended over the toilet seat by two rusty brackets, violating every building health and safety code in existence and one bad day away from crushing a guest to death on the toilet. We then woke up the next day to discover the deadbolt had jammed, trapping us in the room overnight. After contacting the phone number provided by the hotel (no staff are present overnight), it took 3 hours for them to unlock it. We were then refused a refund as evidently the hotel does not consider the health nor safety of its patrons a priority.

This hotel was horrible, there was bugs and it was dirty the tv wasnt working, and the ac was not working so well, the ceiling was falling apart, some of the lights didn't work and the shower head didn't work, im am very very disappointed

Stayed here with my family on Christmas Eve. Not cleaned properly. Dirty towels left in bathroom. Almost no toilet paper. Someone else’s food left in refrigerator. Televisions not working properly. TV in one room could not be seen from the bed, due to how it was hung. Wires and cable box hanging from TV. One electric outlet for both the TV and bed lamp. No hangers. No staff were present at any time while we were there. Dark internal rooms with dirty courtyard outside window. Coffee and teabags but no hot water kettle as promised. Disaster. Merry Christmas to us. Take this mismanaged property off of Hotels.com and Expedia.
