Disappointing and Unpleasant Stay. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The hotel was extremely noisy, crowded with kids running around everywhere, and overall very dirty. The buffet restaurant was particularly bad โ€” the floors were filthy, the tables were not cleaned properly, and the entire food area felt unhygienic. The service was just as bad. The staff were unfriendly, never smiled, never greeted us, and seemed completely uninterested in helping guests. It felt like no one cared. Our room was dirty and smelled awful. It was far from the clean, comfortable stay we expected. The only positive thing I can mention is that the outdoor areas of the hotel look nice. Beyond that, this was not a pleasant experience at all, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Noisy room, limited parking.

The room faces a 4-lane main boulevard and trafic noise is heard day and night. Windows are not sound proof. There is limited hitel parking and I had to park outside the guarded hitel compound.

Please do yourself a favour and DONT book this property. Itโ€™s expensive. Itโ€™s really far out (expensive taxi ride to get anywhere)โ€ฆthe rooms are dirty. The staff try their best but are pretty incompetent to fulfil orders in their restaurant (where we waited more than half hour for a basic order) as waiters ran around ignoring us. And to add to that all when we were there we tried to sit down for a relaxing morning coffee and had works going on around us. There are much better places to book which are much better value

The hotel is pleasant and clean. However, the pillows wee very uncomfortable and our sleep was affected as a result. We didn't understand that the pool won't be open and that the gym is operated separately. The food selection in the lobby was very limited.
