The staff was VERY helpful! We were disappointed that there was no breakfast, but we understood that it was because of the war and fewer guests. For at least one night, we were the only ones! Any time there was a problem, the staff addressed it immediately. Parking was convenient, and the maid service was excellent.

Good location - we walked less than 20 minutes to the old city and 30 to machane Yehuda. There is a lovely rooftop patio and easy parking made it very convenient.
