The property was dirty - loads of dust balls on the floor and under furniture. Wifi was unreliable. Bedding was stained. No plugs so my poor mum couldn't have a bath.

I hate to leave bad reviews but it is what it is. No cleaning was done at the property, everything was filthy. Bedsheets were not changed, the bathroom, living room and the kitchen the whole apartment was disgustingly dirty. I had to instantly book another hotel. I have an immune disease and I did not want to risk my health. Extremely dissatisfied with the service, no refund was given. Stay away from this place.

The air conditioner was broken and they didn't even attempt to fix it. The wifi was down for half the time. There was dry blood on the sheets, boogers on the wall and mold in the shower. We had a very unpleasant stay.

Fantastic place

Fantastic place, clean and located conveniently in center of Jerusalem. Beds were comfortable, there’s a full kitchen a family could use with pans and pots available. Host was easy to get in touch with and replied promptly. Highly recommended!

Spacious, Clean, Amazing Location & Balcony

Overall, the property is fantastic. It is important to note that when you book the property you don't know which apartment you will receive; my review is of apartment 4. The apartment is spacious, well furnished, clean and is in the best location in Jerusalem. You are located in the heart walking distance from every attraction Jerusalem has to offer. The balcony is also amazing. The only issue we had was that the hot water works on a timer system and despite our best efforts to make this work the water never got hotter. If the property hadn't have been otherwise fnatastic my review would be much harsher as a freezing cold shower isn't ideal, even if it is boiling hot outside. Overall a great stay and I would definitely stay again!
