Podere Is Tres Fradis is a farmhouse located along the beautiful panoramic road ex SS 125 Orientale Sarda.
Located in the village of Carcu in the territory of Jerzu, the house is immersed in the vineyards of the famous wine Cannonau di Jerzu, away from everything a real oasis of peace and relaxation.
Just 15 minutes by car you will find the beautiful beach of Museddu and 25 minutes from the Marina di Tertenia.
At your disposal 2 double bedrooms, a large living room with sofa bed and TV, a kitchen equipped with everything you need. There are two bathrooms, one wheelchair accessible, both with shower, bidet and toilet.
Outside, private parking, barbecue area and a beautiful veranda overlooking the surrounding countryside.
The property is air-conditioned and there is free WIFI.
At guests' disposal the entire apartment, the garden, parking and barbecue area.
