Immersed in nature 7 km from the sea is located the beautiful Residence Melissa with swimming pool, barbecue area and tennis court. Common area to share.
The residence consists of a main villa plus 4 independent flats.
The main villa has a large living room with kitchen, veranda and 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor with independent access (the fourth room will be opened on request to accommodate only the seventh and eighth guest).
N.B.
Additional costs payable only in cash at check in:
-Electrical consumption 0,50€ x Kw/h
-Final cleaning charge: 150,00€ (obligatory)
-Bed linen supply -bath towels: € 15,00 per person (only if requested)
-Check in after 21.00 available at a cost of 50€ (available on request)
-Only 1 small dog per flat is allowed. 50,00€
-Damage deposit 300,00€
-Independent room at extra cost (on request)
