Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 10 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 percent reduction applies from January 1-31.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 30 April, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May - 30 September, EUR 2.30 per person, per night, up to 10 nights

The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Pet fee: EUR 10.00 per pet, per night
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Housekeeping fee: EUR 50 per day; may vary based on length of stay
• Air conditioning is available for an additional fee
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 3.0 per night
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 16.00 per bed, per week (or guests may bring their own)
