Exellent!

This is heaven! We stayed there for 5 days and the villa was exellent! Wish we could stayed longer. We rate it to be the best villa in Jimbaran. This is really a 5 star luxurous villa with everything you wish for a perfect holiday. The kind of service that is provided in Nayla is something we have never experienced before. Nothing seems to be a problem, every request was carefully taken care of. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will defenately come back! Special thanks to Gus who took really good care of us! Spacious but hygiene issues

Villa was spacious but had cleanliness issues. Rooms were generally dusty - it was obvious nobody had stayed for a while. Toilet seats and towels were dirty and stained. Sink leaked water - had to use towels to prevent it going all over the floor. Shower had strange smell upon first use. Villa not well prepared or maintained to a good standard. WiFi was intermittent and did not work well.

Nice Hotel near beach and airport

The Villa is very nice and great with an infinity pool. Great staff and friendly !
