This home is a newly constructed house completed in 2021 situated towards the top of Jindabyne. The property is a split-level home with a three bedroom home upstairs and a self-contained one-bedroom apartment complete with a kitchenette downstairs. The entire property is booked exclusively, with the lower apartment able to be closed off for those seeking a little peace and quiet.
The main bedroom has a king bed and ensuite, bedroom two with a queen bed, bedroom three offering a tri-bunk and all rooms have built in robes for storage. Downstairs has a bedroom with queen bed and the living area with a sofa bed. The property is completed with modern furnishings and high windows ensuring plenty of natural light throughout, open plan kitchen and lounge room with a connected balcony. Ducted heating and air-con throughout ensures you will be comfortable all year round, and underfloor heating in the bathrooms adds that little bit extra in winter.
The two-car lockup garage allows for two vehicles to be securely parked out of the weather and also provides bike and ski racks for storage and has internal access to downstairs. You can also enjoy the small outdoor are with brazier (wood not supplied) which is located off the downstair living area.
