Bogong Retreat is a modern and spacious holiday property located approximately 800 metres from the centre of Jindabyne, offering an ideal base for large families or groups of friends within the Snowy Mountains. With a combination of a four bedroom main residence and a fully self-contained one bedroom flat, the property comfortably accommodates 16 to 18 guests while maintaining strong separation and flexibility across multiple living spaces.
Open plan living with fireplaces, balconies and lake outlook
The main residence features a welcoming entry leading into a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area designed for shared group stays. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample storage, while the dining and lounge areas provide a comfortable social hub. Guests benefit from free Wi-Fi, ducted heating, ceiling fans for summer comfort and a cosy wood fireplace for winter stays. Two large balconies on separate levels provide outdoor space to relax and enjoy peaceful lake views.
Multi-level layout with spa suite and flexible sleeping zones
The main house is arranged across multiple levels for privacy and functionality:
Main level: Bedroom with ensuite plus second bedroom with single bed and trio bunk, main bathroom, separate toilet and study nook
Upper level: Second living area, balcony access, master bedroom with walk-through robe and spa bathroom with massage jets, plus additional bedroom with trio and single bunk
The spa bathroom provides a relaxing retreat after a day in the mountains, while the second living area offers a separate space for movies or quiet downtime.
Self-contained flat, drying facilities and group parking
The lower level connects to a self-contained one bedroom flat featuring its own entrance, laundry with drying facilities, open plan kitchen and living area, and a large bedroom sleeping up to four guests in a queen bed and two singles. The property also includes a full laundry, large drying room, additional storage and an undercover outdoor area. Parking is available for up to five vehicles, making it suitable for larger group arrivals.

Wonderful property, get size and location. Spabath wasn't working upon arrival and appears to be a relatively permanent issue. Other than that exactly as pictured.
