At the end of a long tree line driveway, at the top of a hill, you will find this fabulous property. Less than 2 years old, this architecturally designed house has won 2 categories at the Master Builders Awards. Situated in Joadja, 15 min from Mittagong and within 20 min of Bowral, Berrima and all the popular towns in The Southern Highlands.
One of the highlights of this area is the Old Joadja Town, established in the late 1870’s by the Australian Kerosene Oil and Mineral Co. and the hundreds of Scottish oil shale miners who brought with them their skills in the mining and retorting technique… and the stilling and brewing of “sly grog”. Today there is a unique distillery where you can visit the cellar door and experience how nature’s ingredients are harnessed to produce a truly unique Australian Whisky. With fully guided tours of the old town and a café on site, this is a day out not to be missed.

As you enter the house you will be in awe of the large open plan living area boasting amazing country views. The perfect setting for a book or glass of wine in front of the fire.

The kitchen not only has exceptional views but everything you need for a quiet dinner for 2 or a dinner party for 10.

Wake up to country views from the master bedroom. This has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 have 3 single beds. These rooms can be reconfigured to a king bed and single bed.

There is a large bathroom, separate toilet and laundry facilities.

Ducted heating throughout the house and 1 open fire.
Bathrooms have floor heating.

Extra accommodation is available at "The Shed House" approx. 30 meters away from the main house. This sleeps an additional 8 people (accommodating a total of 18 guests across the main house and shed house). Bedrooms 1 and 2 have Queen beds, Bedrooms 3 and 4 have 2 single beds in each. 1 Bathroom with separate toilet, full kitchen and combined Lounge and dining area. Laundry facilities. Ducted heating, floor heating in bathroom, and combustion Fireplace keep the "Shed House" cozy and warm through winter. Please email re prices for the extra accommodation.
Please note that the Shed House cannot be booked separately to the main house.

The views and setting will take you a world away from care. Yet you are still only 20 minutes from the supermarket and numerous shops in Mittagong or the quaint town of Berrima.

Stroll around the stunning 100 acres and experience the native wildlife or meet the resident Alpacas.

All linen and towels are provided.
