O anfitrião cancelou a reserva no mesmo dia em que eu estava viajando em direção à João Pessoa, sem qualquer aviso prévio. Bem como, o valor da reserva foi debitado do meu cartão e eu tive que iniciar uma disputa para receber o valor de volta. Neste caso, além da falta de comprometimento com o hóspede, falta de respeito, houve também uma tentativa de FRAUDE. O que é grave! Já denunciei a plataforma e não recomendo para ninguém.
