O apartamento é incrível, planejado, confortável. Único ponto que não gostei é que no anúncio não menciona que o prédio só tem 20 vagas de estacionamento para mais de 80 apartamentos, ou seja, se não tiver vaga no momento que você chegar, seu carro fica na rua. E também, que não acho que seja algo relevante, mas é porque eles falam que reserva de guarda sol e cadeiras podem ser feitas na recepção. Fiz em um dia e no outro cheguei pra buscar já tinha pego as duas únicas caseiras de praia que tinha (pois os hóspedes pegam sem reservar) e não havia guarda sol na hospedagem. Ou seja, há um comunicação instável no anúncio da admistradora e entre os funcionários do residencial para com os clientes e hospedes. No mais, banheiro, cama, limpeza, etc., vale muito a pena!
