O primeiro contato foi muito difícil, mas depois que consegui pelo WhatsApp fluiu bem. A unidade é pequena, um único ambiente com banheiro, o ideal é fazer lanches frios, porque até pra fritar um ovo gera muita fumaça. Mas o ambiente é limpo e confortável (estávamos em 3 pessoas) talvez pra 5 fique um pouco apertado. Tem mercado e padaria próximo à praia do Bessa pode ir andando.

Imóvel super novo, proprietários super atenciosos, não fiquei tempo suficiente para ter uma opinião aprofundada. Solicitar os andares superiores, afastado dos pontos de entrada, são locais de muita movimentação. Os apartamentos são novos, confortáveis, porém pequenos, em especial o banheiro.

No geral, foi uma boa experiência. Bairro é tranquilo, tem lugar para estacionar fora e dentro por um valor extra. Quando cheguei, não entendi bem como seria o checkin, depois que percebi que tem uma observação para entrar em contato com o proprietário 24h, não achei muito bom isso, seria interessante eles enviarem um e-mail com as instruções.

Tudo perfeito, ficamos só uma noite e saí triste por não ter descoberto antes. Próximo da praia, estrutura novíssima e confortável, de muito bom gosto, elevador, e recepção muito gent da proprietária. Sugestão: apenas de secador de cabelo para empréstimo.
