O flat é uma graça e muito bem aproveitado em espaço. Todo o prédio é funcional. A piscina é ótima: Senti falta de coisas simples como placas sinalizadoras informando localização da piscina e da academia. Dentro do flat não consegui fazer funcionar o fogão de indução. Também não havia secador de cabelo e não obtive a solução dessas questões por WhatsApp. Fora isso gostei muito da experiência, conforto e localização.
