O apartamento estava limpo e organizado, porém o ar condicionado está com um vazamento e tem um balde pra recolher a goteira. Os funcionários do Flat são educados e o check-in foi tranquilo, o que houve foi uma demora considerável (1h) para a liberação do quarto. O elevador de serviço está quebrado o que causa uma longa espera para subir e descer pelo elevador principal, que ainda é bastante lento. As dependências e a piscina são ótimas, limpas e organizadas. Valeu o custo-benefício. A receptividade de todos os funcionários foi ótima e tornou esses pequenos problemas mais tranquilos.

Gosto bastante do Golden Flat, principalmente pela localização e pela estrutura do condomínio como um todo. A piscina, inclusive, é excelente. Quanto ao apartamento, gostei muito, pois ele tem vista para o mar. Porém, senti falta de alguns itens básicos, como uma garrafa térmica para café e um pano de chão. Nada que tenha atrapalhado nossa estadia, que foi excelente de qualquer forma.
