O cheiro do apartamento é muito forte, de retorno da rede de esgoto. O box com crosta de lodo. Informei o administrador e enviaram uma pessoa para limpar. Melhorou, mas falta muito para ficar limpo. A cama de casal é desconfortável, a de solteiro é boa. O chuveiro é bom. A estrutura do prédio é boa, organizada e funcionários cordiais. Café da manhã não vale o peço de 35,00, é fraco.

O flat é bem localizado. Nos hospedamos no ap 512. Acredito que seja locado por proprietário particular, A cama de casal precisa ser trocado o colchão pois o mesmo está como uma canoa, e os travesseiros não são confortáveis. Fora esses detalhes é um lugar que voltaria pois foi uma hospedagem tranquila.
