Enganação completa

As fotos dos anúncios são dos quartos virados para o mar. Primeira colocados em um quarto ridiculamente pequeno, muito diferente do qual contratamos pelo anúncio. Mudamos então para uma segunda suíte com uma bela vista para o muro, uma porta que batia no frigobar, o banheiro com janela para o corredor social e lençóis rasgados e sujos de sangue. O antende noturno efetuou a troca da roupa de cama e falou que providenciaria a troca de quarto para o que efetivamente reservamos no dia seguinte. No dia seguinte o atendente do novo turno falou que a troca não seria possível por estarem lotados, mas que poderiam alterar outras reservas frente a um pagamento de sobretaxa de 30%. Questionei a cobrança pois hotel em questão não tem variação de tarifas de acordo com os quartos, todos são o mesmo valor. O atendente então afirmou que essa era a informação passada pela gerência. São cobrados à parte, qualquer troca de roupa de cama antes da segunda diária. O que é ridículo para um hotel na beira da praia. O serviço de quarto também só pode ser solicitado após a segunda diária, e deeve ser requisitado com um dia de antecedência. Precisei usar a sala de reuniões, que estava vazia, para uma reunião remota. Quando estava no meio da reunião, entra um capanga do hote, com toda a delicadeza de um rinoceronte e desliga o ar porque, segundo ele eu deveria ter pedido autorização. Resumindo, é pura enganação e amadorismo. Fujam.

Unpleasant stay. Desagradavel estada.

The experience was not good at all. I had to pay a fee to have a friend over to talk for like 30 mins. My AC didn't work all night long. I went to talk to the Manager he seemed like he didn't care about my concerns. I'd never recommend this hotel to no-one.

ホテルのスタッフはポルトガル語しか話せませんが、とても親切でした。 施設は古く、ドアの取手が壊れていたのはイマイチでしたが、プールが屋上にあって眺めも素晴らしかったです メインの街からは少しありますが、Uberは安いですし問題ありません。私は歩いてメインのあたりまで行きましたが、ビーチ沿いは安全で良いと思います。シュラスコのレストランは最高でした ただ、近くのコンビニは高くてビックリしました

Bem localizado mas desconfortável

Mesmo havendo 2 hóspedes no mesmo quarto, não disponibilizam 2 cartões de entrada, está escrito nas regras do hotel, que você só fica sabendo só chegar. Conclusão: se um hóspede sai, o outro deve esperar acordado para abrir a porta. Outra regra: não há arrumação do quarto se você não solicitar TODOS os dias, e a "arrumação" só é feita até às 12hs, caso contrário, nem a cama arrumam. Pedi a limpeza todos os dias, mas o piso e o banheiro não foram limpos uma única vez em 4 dias, só tiraram o lixo e arrumaram a cama. Aliás, não há roupa de cama, apenas lençóis de cima e de baixo, e uma peseira. Um dos hóspedes teve que dormir vestido pois não havia cobertas. Também não colocaram toalhas de rosto, apenas de banho, tivemos que pedir na recepção. Secador de cabelos não tem no quarto: também tem que solicitar na recepção e devolver em até 1 hora. Desligam o aquecedor de água durante a noite e a madrugada, você não tem liberdade para tomar banho quente a qualquer hora, por 2 vezes não conseguimos tomar banho quente. Também havia apenas 1 cabide para pendurar as roupas de 2 pessoas, cabide descartável, de lavanderia. Pedimos mais, não havia disponibilidade, mas o funcionário Alexandre demorou algumas horas e nos conseguiu alguns mais, todos de péssima qualidade, um diferente do outro, notadamente não eram do próprio hotel, mas resolveu nosso problema.

O hotel e boem localizado de frente a praia, com estacionamentoa gratuito na frente. O Hotel é acomchegante o quarto e um pouco pequeno e simpes, com o banheiro um pouco apertado, ficando difícil para pessoas obesas tomarem banho. O café da manhã é completo com produtos de qualidade. O banheiro possui sabonete líquido e convencional e shampoo de boa qualidade disponível. Tem piscina aquecida no rooftop e que é uma boa comodidade.
