Pontos Positivos: tapiocas e omeletes feitos na hora no café da manhã e muito saborosos. Cama confortável e ar condicionado bem geladinho. Pude entrar 1h antes do check-in como cortesia do hotel. Funcionários muito simpáticos no geral. Pontos Negativos: TV não é a cabo, pegando somente 4 canais abertos. Área de lazer meio abandonada. Box do banheiro bem apertado e toalhas de banho ásperas. No geral, para ficar por poucos dias, o hotel vale a pena, com bom custo benefício.

Um misto de coisas boas e ruins.

O check in não foi bom. A recepcionista, parece -nos, sem treinamento adequado. Deixou-nos em pé mais de dez minutos e quando questionamos, disse que estava resolvendo outra coisas. Não ofereceu nem assento, tampouco café, que estava a alguns passos dela. A noite, no mesmo balcão, após esperar mais de dez minutos também pelo recepcionista, que não apareceu, ao reclamar com um senhor que estava sentado, o mesmo disse-me que era o segurança e que estava “cobrindo” o recepcionista. Pedi para magnetizar o cartão de entrada no quarto, o que prontamente fez. Questiono: se ele estava “cobrindo” o recepcionista e sabia resolver o problema, porque não se apresentou? Ou seja, minha esposa cansada, ficou no corredor me aguardando por mais de dez minutos, quase as onze horas da noite, sem precisar. O hotel precisa treinar os recepcionistas. Faço uma exceção: a senhorita morena que fez o nosso check out no dia 28/10, foi excelente. Ela não merece ser colocada nesse pacote. O quarto é amplo e, razoavelmente, confortável. Embora seu ar-condicionado jogasse um tanto de água para dentro do quarto, não comprometeu a hospedagem. O melhor: o café da manhã. A equipe do café da manhã, tanto da cozinha como a senhorita que nos atende fazendo as tapiocas e os omeletes, que se não me engano, chama-se Rafaela, estão todos de parabéns. Trabalham com o sorriso no rosto e são extremamente atenciosos e gentis. Até a menina Fernanda, que veio do outro hotel Village, foi simpatissíssima.

Precisa melhorar a limpeza e o conforto

A limpeza do quarto não foi satisfatória. O sabonete líquido disponibilizado para o banho e para a pia não foi reposto. As toalhas pareciam encardidas. Mesmo após o serviço de limpeza, o quarto continuou sujo de areia. A cortina do quarto não impede a entrada do sol ao amanhecer. Não foi fornecida manta ou cobertor, apenas a colcha e o lençol da cama, finos. O travesseiro também era fino. O café da manhã era bom, com muitas opções de doces e salgados e tapiocas e omeletes feitos na hora. A localização é boa, possível de caminhar até Tambaú, melhor região da cidade.

Bom custo benefício. Ótima localização.

A nossa estadia no Hotel Village Confort foi muito boa. O atendimento foi cordial em todos os setores e atendeu as nossas expectativas. Ficamos em um quarto com vista para o mar, confortável e limpo. A localização do hotel é excelente. A equipe da recepção foi muito solícita. O café da manhã também estava muito bom e variado todos os dias em que nós hospedamos. A única ressalva é o estacionamento que possui poucas vagas. Alugamos um veículo e, em uma das noites de hospedagem, tivemos que deixar o mesmo na rua, pois não tinha mais vaga, nem interna, nem externa. Apesar de parecer um local bem tranquilo, ficamos receosos, principalmente por se tratar de veículo alugado.
