O hotel é muito bom e confortável. Café da manhã excelente. Já me hospedei várias vezes no Hotel Laguna, mas desta vez achei que a área da piscina merece uma atenção melhor, os guardas- sóis deveriam ser trocados porque são muito baixos e várias vezes bati com a cabeça neles( eles são de fibra de vidro) e a piscina estava muito suja com lodo.

Atenção ao quarto 110

Sobre as pessoas não tenho nada do que reclamar. Todos os funcionários do hotel foram bastante gentis e receptivos. Café da manhã também tem muitas opções! Só não gostei especificamente do meu quarto (110), recomendo ao hotel utilizá-lo em último caso, só quando tudo estiver realmente lotado. Além de ter sentido cheiro de mofo no quarto desde o momento em que cheguei, o quarto fica logo acima do restaurante, então dá pra ouvir a todo momento a arrastação de cadeiras (principalmente no café da manhã). Impossível dormir um pouco mais, pois às 6h já começam os barulhos. Uma sugestão é deixar disponível em cada quarto um varal de chão para secarmos as roupas e deixar indicado no chuveiro qual registro é de água quente e qual é de água fria.

Decepcionante!

Quando vamos escolher um hotel, observamos, dentre outros, acomodações, localização, avaliações, fotos do café da manhã. Vou falar especificamente sobre esse último. Tinha ouvido falar bem sobre o café da manhã do hotel. Então, nos hospedamos nele e combinamos de tomar o café da manhã do dia dos pais em família. Mas para minha triste surpresa, ao chegar no café (por volta das 09:00) tinha apenas uns 2 tipos de fruta, uns pedacinhos de bolo, pão, pão, pão e ovo mexido. Aquela mesa farta com croissants, folhados, sonhos, bolos recheados …. Não tinha mais NADA! O hotel abriu para visitantes (cobrando a taxa de 49,00 por pessoa) e esqueceu dos hóspedes. Resultado: fila enorme para entrar no café da manhã (mesmo hóspede) e fim das comidas. Ficamos a ver navio! Uma enorme falta de consideração com quem pagou pela diária e se programou para tomar um belo café da manhã. Reclamamos e o que ouvi da funcionária é que “as pessoas comeram demais”. O que acho é que a ganância de ganhar mais e mais reinou.
