La vue sur la mer est fantastique, mais la cuisine partagée inscrite dans l'annonce n'existe pas, la structure contient un restaurant pour le midi mais pas pour le petit déjeuner ni le dîner.
Par ailleurs la conciergerie en charge de l'entrée dans les lieux a mis en place une application avec envoi d'informations, de selfies et de photos de documents assez intrusive et chronophage pour pouvoir finaliser l'enregistrement. Tout est fait par message à distance et finalement par le client lui même.
