Viagem em família

O imóvel é bem localizado, perto da praia e comércio. O prédio tem uma ótima estrutura de apoio, serviços e lazer. Os apartamentos são pequenos. O apartamento que ficamos, tinha vazamento de água no box e também no ar condicionado, indicando falta de manutenção, além disso a limpeza é apenas razoável.

Gostei da estadia, os quartos limpos sem problemas, e a localização é muito boa. O condomínio também bem completo pelo valor. Único ponto, a tv não estava funcionando, e o que mostra nas fotos não foi fiel ao que tinha visto, onde nas fotos mostrava sala e os quartos. check out o condomínio não é muito flexível e em estender 15 minutos e bem cedo, tendo que deixar o apartamento bem cedo.

A localização ótima , contudo sem manutenção .

O apartamento é bem localizado. Contudo precisa de manutenção urgente . As cortinas estão muito sujas , não tinha internet wi fi ( não funcionou de jeito nenhum ) e precisa trocar os travesseiros e roupa de cama )
