The property in rin down. The pool is dirty and there is a glass thar prevents you to see the ocean from it. The breakfast has poor quality food. The rooms are old. They do not ever have enough pool or beach towel for guests. The internet is extremely slow! We will not come back!

Razoável. O hotel está em reforma no primeiro andar. E por incrível que parece, eles nos colocaram em um apartamento bem ao lado da quebradeira. Além do barulho, um absurdo de poeira que nos deixou doente. Funcionários completamente sem empatia. Atendimento ruim. O quarto que mudamos depois de perder 3 horas do dia reclamando, era bom e confortável.

Fui obrigada do pagar estacionamento lá

O hotel é bom, porém tive um problema com estacionamento, tive que pagar estacionamento obrigatoriamente, na compra não mostra que teria que pagar, dizia estacionamento disponível, chegando lá o hóspede se quiser guarda o carro precisa pagar, na compra deveria ter o valor + taxa de estacionamento.

Localização perfeita

Hotel bem confortável e organizado, funcionários educados e solícitos. A localização é perfeita, na orla de frente para o mar e você tem acesso a tudo na região à pé mesmo, muito seguro e tranquilo. Atenção apenas para o estacionamento que no site está como 'Estacionamento disponível', você tem que pagar por fora a diária mas tem muitas vagas então é tranquilo. Único ponto ruim foi que está tendo obra no prédio ao lado, e de manhã cedo 7h já está tendo muito barulho. Gostei muito de João Pessoa e pretendo voltar, recomendo o hotel.

Bom no atendimento.

Hotel deixa a desejar na linha de servir do café da manhã, estacionamento pago e caro e a atual reforma em que barulho que NÃO começa às 8h da manhã,Tão pouco acaba às 18h e, sinceramente, poderia ter o aviso deste inconveniente. O consumidor é quem escolhe se se hospeda ou não mas, nos pegar de surpresa ficou feio.

O hotel precisa melhorar muito. Instalações antigas no quarto que ficamos (térreo) em péssimo estado. Cama e sofá ruim. Vazamento no box, alagava o banheiro inteiro. Privada não funcionava, depois de 5 dias arrumaram e com muita insistência. Café da manhã ruim, poucas opções. Localização ótima.

Não recomendo - obra - barulho e poeira

Quando reservamos, ninguém nos avisou que estavam em obra no hotel (meu andar) e no lote ao lado colado. Obra começando às 7h e eventualmente 6:30. Viajei pra descansar e não teve como. Era tanta poeira que fiquei com muita alergia. Falei na primeira manhã o problema na recepção e ofereceram outro quarto dizendo que teria menos barulho. Porém, era um quarto no térreo que acabou de ser reformado e estava ainda com cheiro de tinta e era ainda mais barulhento e na poeira. Depois sugerimos ir pra outro hotel sendo reembolsadas apenas das diárias faltantes. Falaram para aguardar mais um dia para falar com a gerente Valéria. Quando a procuramos ela não nos atendeu, falaram que estava em reunião. Mas deram o retorno que não nos reembolsariam, e que teríamos que procurar a ouvidoria para isso. Depois de mais um dia nos mudaram para um quarto mais alto, mas continuou o barulho e tive crise de alergia. Também tivemos problema com a arrumação que não ocorreu em alguns dias, disseram que tiveram problema. Roupas de cama manchadas e sem cheiro de limpas, o que gerou dúvida se estavam realmente limpas. Ótima localização.

Estrutura do hotel deixou a desejar, existe uma obra ao lado que tem deixado tudo empoeirado, sem falar no barulho das 07:00 da manhã até as 17:00 obra mesmo de um outro edifício ao lado, toalhas velhas, atendentes com a expressão não muito amistosa, precisa pagar 20 reais por dia no estacionamento, piscina suja, área de jogos sem os acessórios para uso, café da manhã razoável, de maneira geral não recomendaria ou retornaria.

Hotel SolMar em obras

Antes mesmo de ter embarcado, entrei em contato com o Hotel, telefone que ninguém atende. Consegui contato com agente virtual, referente a uma solicitação, que no dia do Check in, não fui atendido. Não sou de fazer reclamações, porém olhei as reclamações de outros clientes, e só fui entender eles, depois de adentrar no hotel. Reformas, pó,barulho etc. Os atendentes de balcão, sempre atenciosos. Quarto sujo devido as obras, poeira,sem telefone no quarto, lençóis,toalhas manchados. Se soubesse que estaria em obras, não teria me hospedado neste Hotel.
