Quarto adequado, em boas condições, atendimento das recepcionistas tudo certo tbm. O café da manhã foi o pior que já tomamos em hotel. Primeiro que não tinha mesas disponíveis para sentar, não tinha quase nada de opções de comida,estava tudo muito bagunçado, louças mal lavadas e o que tinha não estava bom. Não tinha vaga de estacionamento precisamos deixar o carro na rua, deram um cartão de acesso 3 vezes que não funcionava, estava tendo obra no quarto do lado barulho insuportável desde as 7h da manhã isso em alta temporada. O quarto era amplo, mas o ar de um dos quartos e da sala não funcionavam bem. O sofa da sala está velho. A limpeza precisa melhorar, como é uma cidade com praia, entendo que muita terra vem da praia, mas o que pode ser removido na limpeza. A equipe do café da manhã não é atenciosa, parece que estão trabalhando sobrecarregados e não respondem nossas perguntas cordialmente, uma correria só.

O hotel não está preparado para receber na alta temporada, demoramos 40 min na fila para fazee check-in, pagamos pelo estacionamento e teve um dia que chegamos e não tinha vaga. O café da manhã é bem simples,os quartos são confortaveis, o chuveiro é muito bom e a localização é perfeita. Os funcionários são cordiais .
