The property in rin down. The pool is dirty and there is a glass thar prevents you to see the ocean from it. The breakfast has poor quality food. The rooms are old. They do not ever have enough pool or beach towel for guests. The internet is extremely slow! We will not come back!

Espelunca cara. Fuja!

O hotel é bem localizado, de frente para a praia do Cabo Branco. Apesar de aparentemente nova, a acomodação apresentava infiltrações no teto e fortíssimo cheiro de mofo. A limpeza deixou a desejar: mosquitos mortos na parede e barata morta à porta. As toalhas de banho eram manchadas, como se tivessem sido utilizadas anteriormente para limpar o chão, sapatos ou malas. Do aparelho de ar condicionado desciam não gotas, mas um fluxo de água que deixava o piso do quarto todo molhado. O frigobar era tão barulhento que precisou ser desligado. Além disso, a segurança me pareceu precária: fiquei acomodado no andar térreo e a cerca elétrica que cobria os muros laterais do hotel estava com os fios partidos. O café da manhã foi bom e farto, ainda que servido mais de meia hora depois do horário inicial prometido. O que arruinou a estada de vez foi uma obra no terreno colado ao hotel, a menos de 2 metros da porta do quarto: além da poeira, do barulho interminável de serras, marteletes, martelos, etc, havia a conversa alta incessante dos muitos operários e seus aparelhos de som ligados no volume máximo do início da manhã até o final da tarde. Era impossível descansar durante o dia, já que a algazarra era muito alta.

No momento há uma construção de outro hotel ao lado, em fase final que produz barulho o dia todo. O estacionamento é cobrado a parte. O FRIGOBAR PODERIA ESTAR ACIMA DO PISO PELO MENOS UNS 70 CM PARA EVITAR LESÕES NA COLUNA DE IDOSOS. A ENTRADA DA GARAGEM NO FUNDO DEVERIA TER O NOME DO HOTEL ILUMINADO E O LOCAL TAMBÉM.

Ótima localização, bom café da manhã, garagem, em frente à praia de Cabo Branco. Sem luxo, com ótimo custo benefício. Importante observar que tem uma obra ao lado com muito barulho durante o dia, à noite bem tranquilo.

Infelizmente alguns colaboradores não são educados. Pedimos uma manta ou coberta e fomos ignoraros. Uma senhora pediu educadamente para uma colaboradora limpar as sanduicheiras e ela disse "se a senhora quiser, pode limpar. Esta mesma pessoa pegou a vasilha de doce enquanto a minha esposa estava se servindo bruscamente de forma arrogante. A piscina que esta na imagem da divulgação é diferente da real pois não possui vista para a praia devido o acrilico que é fosco. Sendo assim, justifico as minhas avaliação.
