What an amazing hotel! My check in was smoothly, they even upgraded my room. The room was very nice and comfortable! Reception is super friendly and helpful. And breakfast is to die for! The cuscus temperado was delicious!! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

O café da manhã não é tão diferente dos outros hoteis, a única crítica é que tinha chá, eu que não bebo café e nem leite, só restou o suco mas o suco que tinha era o de goiaba que tbm não é do meu gosto. Perguntei se tinha suco de laranja e finalmente me preparam o suco. A limpeza do quarto não é da melhores, a toalhas limpas já estavam manchadas o lençol limpo tbm estavam com manchas. O chuveiro me decepcionou era um chuveiro eletrico e não aquele com aquecedor central com pressão, conclusão a água sai tão fininha e sem pressão, não foi um dos melhores banhos que tomei no hotel, a maioria dos hoteis utilizam chuveiros com aquecedor central com pressão. No quarto nem tinha lenço de papel disponível para uso tive que me virar com papel higienico. A pia do banheiro é tão pequena que tinha que se contornar para não bater a cabeça na torneira. A água da descarga nunca era límpida, sempre turva ou escura. Para minha surpresa encontrei um pernilongo no quarto. No geral foi uma estadia regular.

É uma questão crônica dos hotéis. Falam que é cama de casal/king e na verdade são duas de solteiro. Fica um buraco no meio. Pedimos a troca na recepção, porém nos informaram que era padrão do hotel. Uma pena pois o restante foi ótimo: hospitalidade, estrutura e café da manhã (excelente e variado).

Me puseram em um quarto muito pequeno, quase um calabouço com vista para uma cerca elétrica. Mas tudo bem, pensei ser o que eu tinha pago. Quando chegaram dois outros amigos que reservaram o mesmo tipo de quarto e ficaram em suítes infinitamente melhores, não só no tamanho. Meu chuveiro era muito ruim, caía água com pouquíssima pressão, muito difícil enxaguar um cabelo comprido. E o rejunte dos azulejos estava mofado. Sujo mesmo. No mais, o café da manhã é incrível, localização ótima, equipe de funcionários também. Mas aquele quarto horrível me impede de dizer que fiquei totalmente satisfeita.
