Reforma urgente!!!

Necessita de reforma urgente. Muito mofo nas paredes dos quartos e nas janelas dos corredores. Me trocaram de quarto, mas pelo o que olhei enquanto passava nos corredores, os quartos que estavam com as porta abertas, todos com mofo nas paredes, devido a infiltração de água nas paredes, creio eu, que necessita trocar o revestimento das paredes externas, para sanar o problema. Tivemos problemas com a água quente por 2 dias, pois estragou uma peça do aquecedor. A parte boa: meia quadra da praia de Tambaú, próximo a restaurantes e quiosques da praia. A feirinha de artesanato fica a poucos minutos de caminhada. Café da manhã bom , as camas e o chuveiro muito bons. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos, uma pena o hotel estar nesse descuido, os funcionários que tem que ficar ouvindo as reclamações dos hóspedes.

Minhas impressões do Tambaú Beach Hotel

Recepção maravilhosa, todos muito atenciosos conosco, inclusive as meninas lá da cozinha. Café da manhã excelente, ótima localização. O que não gostei foi dos quartos muito pequenos, e alguns móveis já descascados, como também TV sem Netflix. Nas fotos a gente tem uma impressão melhor dos quartos e móveis do que na realidade. Outra coisa, poderia colocar um cheirinho pra perfumar mais o ambiente, quando a gente chega de viagem num hotel tudo que queremos é um quarto cheiroso e convidativo para ficar ali. Infelizmente no primeiro quarto que ficamos estava um cheiro de morfo e cheio de água no chão, então trocaram a gente de quarto e melhorou um pouco. Mas resumindo, nada disso tirou o brilho de nossa estadia nesse hotel.

Gostei bastante, comentando pelo atendimento que foi feito pelo Lucas, bem cordial e gentil. Sempre disposto a ajudar. Rafael, o recepcionista do turno matutino também bem gentil e cordial. Atendimento excelente! A única questão que tive foi em relação a piscina que não sei se não ouvi direito na hora, mas estava com uma plaquinha de interditada aí acabei não usando, mas no momento que estava fazendo o check out ouvi o rapaz falando que pagava uma taxa para usar. E eu acabei não escutando essa parte e não usufrui do espaço lá. Mas fora isso, só tenho elogios

O quarto é pequeno mas atendeu as minhas necessidades. Ele não é um hotel moderno, mas atende as necessidades básicas. Os funcionários são super atenciosos, do rapaz da recepção até a moça que organiza os quartos. A localização é ótima, perto de muitas coisas. E como fui com bebê a localização era otima pra passear com ele a pé.

Meu nome é Vitor Santeque, sou de Belo Horizonte, e deixo aqui registrado a minha estadia: O hotel é muito bom com preço justo e foi todo reformado e com qualidade. Extremamente limpo e o elevador é novíssimo e rápido. O banheiro conta com chuveiro de ducha forte e quente, vaso novo, descarga e ducha higiênica com boa pressão de jato, pia de tamanho adequado e pequena janela com boa ventilação. Cama é boa e os travesseiros tbm! A equipe de limpeza super educada e eficiente. Pessoal do restaurante educados e solícitos, como a senhorita Jaqueline, que atendeu ao meu pedido de preparar ovo quente e omelete todos os dias. Nem precisava pedir que já estava pronto. A recepção do hotel com o senhor Milton (detentor de humor ácido sensacional) e do Rafael (educação em pessoa), foram extremamente solícitos com um pedido que fiz (no qual o hotel não tinha obrigação de me atender, mas atenderam), de me avisar quando a minha mãe idosa, quisesse sair do hotel sozinha sem me avisar. Me ajudaram demais nessa questão. Sou muito grato! Vi algumas críticas no site quando pesquisei mas, deixo aqui pra todos verem que, a minha experiência foi excelente, contrariando todas as críticas que li. Fiquei hospedado do dia 04/09/24 ao dia 10/09/24. Com certeza voltarei neste hotel.
