The location is good, with shops close to the hotel, and there is a small mall and a park nearby. The cleanliness is good, but there was an issue with a blocked water drain in the shower. The check-in was delayed; it was supposed to be at 2 PM, but I was asked to wait and I waited for about two hours. In the end, I was informed that the room was ready, but there were no towels or pillow covers in the room, and they said they would be prepared once the laundry arrived at the hotel.

Very disappointing, mainly sleep quality was terrible as in the courtyard the guards were talking very loudly (taken a video if you want to see it) from about 4am, booked breakfast at R250pp and there was no buffet, got a piece of paper and a pen to select what we wanted, way below average meal with zero effort. Staff were friendly however and even though we had no towels or cups for coffee in the room they quickly rectified that.

It was a pleasant yet average stay. Staff was ok service vice wise, though there seemed to be a shortage of staff as they looked a little overwhelmed in certain areas. They stay was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The room were very clean and the bedding extremely comfortable. We were in a room without a view of the city but if you are on business trip, the location of the hotel is extremely convenient.
