Confusion with booking

I specifically booked a twin room because I was staying with a friend. Something went wrong with the booking because when I arrived there they only had a room with double bed available.

a complete mess

I checked in after 15h00 only to be accommodated to a wrong room. i booked a single room with a bathroom but i was forced to occupy a room with a share bathroom as the place was fully booked. I went out to attend an even and on my way back i did not find parking and was forced to drive more than an hour at 2h00am as i could not park my car outside. Now i am struggling to get a refund
