We loved the place. Near the airport, very comfy room, perfect breakfast, great personnel, great food and perfect coffee from the expresso machine. We had an issue with the air conditioner in the room and they rushed to change room immediately. If we come back, we will choose this place again. All personnel were amazing. Our kids were treated so well by anyone, specially Lizwe, who helped us has the perfect lunch. She was so kind! If you have disabilities, please note this hotel has some rooms like in the middle of two elevators, so there is a set of stairs you will need to take, so make sure you let the hotel you need a room at elevator level. They are very kind and will make their best to allocate the room.

The stay was just for a night. The room was nice and clean. The staff was helpful upon arrival and when we departed. We had an early flight. We did not get a chance to have breakfast.

I stayed for one night after flying in from Oregon US before a morning flight to Gqeberha/PE. Safe and clean location, friendly, helpful and courteous staff, and a far better every day hotel breakfast buffet than anything I’ve ever experienced in the states. A large variety of fresh and delicious everything. 10/10.

I cannot believe the aircon did not work for the entire two nights I stayed. First I was given the wrong room and the new room aircon doesn't work and I am told they are being fixed. In the end I am not bother to change because I have unloaded my luggage.
