Great hotel with good staff & amazing breakfast!

Our telephone didn’t work but we were only there for 1 night so it was ok, we wanted to order room service as we arrived later after our flight but had to go downstairs. Luckily they still served us in the restaurant even though it was after closing time. Everyone was super professional & friendly too! We extended our check out till 2pm & that was easy to do. Transfers were good but disappointed they’d been changed to hourly but we had docs/info saying it was half hourly, so that was confusing as we didn’t have a way to contact the hotel to confirm. Had a great comfortable stay. Breakfast was amaaaaaaazing!

We arrived and a bit disappointed with the room that was given to us .It not clean and it was very squashed it was not what I paid for 2Queen beds .The beds were double beds,it is the same thing that happened to me at Birchwood ,u opt for Queen than u get double.Than they still lie to you and say they don’t have rooms with 2 queen it is only double beds.Nevertheless we were moved to another room with 2double beds.That is why Iam giving you still a good rating
