I cannot believe the aircon did not work for the entire two nights I stayed. First I was given the wrong room and the new room aircon doesn't work and I am told they are being fixed. In the end I am not bother to change because I have unloaded my luggage.

First class stopover!

out was the exceptional service. The staff are some of the most courteous and caring I’ve encountered—always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to the gentleman with dreadlocks at breakfast. His warm and professional demeanor made every morning a pleasure. He is a true credit to the hotel and embodies the high standards of hospitality that make this place stand out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location convenient for travelers, and the overall atmosphere welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stress-free and pleasant stay near the airport.
