Warnings are good. Please heed them. Stay away from this property and the other listing's. You will be sent here and they will ghost Expedia so they don't have to refund. This is a warning. Booker Beware. Make sure it's refundable. I'm telling you.

No electricity. No amenities. Property was not the same as in the photos. Room was falling apart structurally. Front desk only stopped by long enough to give me a key and a dirty green towel with bleach stains. Notified Expedia. Hotel refused to answer the phone for them because they didn't want to have to answer for the poor condition of room and give me a refund for stay. Pool looked like a swamp from a horror movie. I think something lives in it. Had to book other accommodations. Do not book with them. Please. Save yourself and do not book any hotel with this company. They will put you in this one and play dumb. Hotel California (from that song) would have been more idea than this place. Stay away. Please.

It could have been better

Rooms were spacious but very cold no extra blankets or crockery no toilet paper either, but property is very secure and safe, just wish the other tenants didnt make so much noise

The place was spacious and had good customer service and Wi-Fi. I had an issue with their Google map location, it is placed on the thier entrance that is not in use, so you have to go all the way around. The tv remote didn’t have batteries .

You can do better

There are two locations of Inn & out, one is in sandton(main) and the other is in Granville(other) I booked the hotel base on the pictures provided which is from the main hotel but I was sent to Granville rather, where the location is not that good. No restaurant or food selling in and around the hotel, you have always order a car online to even go and buy food. No gym, no bar, literally boring.

Bad experience

My stay was terrible as there were a lot of things short and missing. First as you enter the bathroom light was not working and the light on the bedroom side was not working, the hot water was coming very slow that it took about 40 before I could bath. The toilet paper holder was lose, there were no glasses to use and on the bed were dark stains on the sheet
